New Year's Resolutions: what's next?

It's may be cliche to have a new years goal to lose weight, be healthy and eat right. For many these are difficult however it comes from the right place. 

We all want to feel better, look better, rest easier and overall just feel better. 

Back in 2008 I started the yearly goal of learning and challenging myself to yearly goals. That year I ran 500 miles.

I hate running. But I did it, and found that I like running. The next year was bread, then making bicycles, then roasting coffee......and last year was to open a the coolest bike shop in the world.  

What's left? Let's see woodworking, carpentry, leather-work, yoga RYT playing drums, finish my novel..... That short list will keep me busy for a a couple of years.

So what's this post about? It's about you. It's about us.
